This policy explains how we decide what to publish. It also explains the limits of our role when you use this site to plan or book a visit.

Where our information comes from

We use attraction and operator information for park rules, opening arrangements, facilities, and visitor guidance. We use transport authority information for travel guidance.

For bookable products, including what is included, availability, prices, ratings, and review counts, we use the booking partner’s product data. If sources disagree, the attraction or operator takes priority for park operations. The product listing takes priority for that specific ticket.

How we choose ticket options

We select options that help visitors compare entry, combined admission, transfers, flexibility, and any stated queue benefits. We aim to show useful choices rather than every available listing.

• We compare what each ticket includes and excludes.
• We consider date flexibility and practical visitor needs.
• We use traveller feedback to spot repeated strengths or concerns.
• Commission does not decide the order of products or guides.

Prices, ratings and reviews

Prices, ratings, and review counts are starting points, not promises. They can change after publication because of dates, demand, availability, promotions, new reviews, or changes to a listing.

We use reviews as evidence of patterns, not as quotes or guarantees. A review reflects one traveller’s experience and may not match yours.

Affiliate links and editorial independence

Some links lead to GetYourGuide. If you make a booking through one of these links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Affiliate income does not buy a higher position, a favourable description, or the removal of relevant drawbacks. We do not sell better editorial treatment to GetYourGuide, an attraction, or a tour provider.

What we do when information changes

Park operations, ticket terms, and travel arrangements can change. We review important pages and update them when we find a material error or receive reliable new information.

If we cannot confirm a detail, we remove it or make the uncertainty clear. Before paying, always check the ticket page for the terms that apply to your booking.

Bookings and purchase terms

Tenerife Waterpark Tickets does not sell tickets, process payments, hold bookings, or control entry, cancellations, refunds, or availability. Your purchase is governed by the booking provider’s terms and the terms shown during checkout.
